You will need to put the files in your Walls folder in the Sims game (usually found in C:\ Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Walls) Click on "View Similar" to see similar walls.
The following images are friezes from Pompeii (if you'd like to learn a little more about the city of Pompeii, try one of these sites: Pompeii Uncovered or the Discovery Channel's site). I've zipped together all of the parts of each frieze, and included in each zip an extra wall to be used in between the friezes if so desired.
