I debated whether or not to make these skirts a lot larger, so as to make them historically accurate...but, that doesn't always look so great in the game, so I made the skirts only slightly larger. All skins come with the Queen Elizabeth head (she looks a little like a clown, I think, but hey, I tried to be as historically accurate as possible).
Click on the image to download it. You will need to unzip the files and place them in: C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\Gamedata\Skins
